• When you enquire about our services (estate agents): your name, agency name, email address, and the area you cover.
• When you order a Buyer Intelligence Report: your name, email address, the property address(es) you submit, your buyer profile selection, and any additional notes you provide.
• When you email us directly: the content of your message and any personal information contained within it.
• When you use our website: we use Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about how visitors use our site, including pages visited, time on site, and approximate geographic location. This data does not identify you personally.

2. How we use your data

We use your personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected:

• To respond to your enquiry and assess whether we are able to work in your area.
• To produce and deliver your Buyer Intelligence Report.
• To process payment for your order. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We do not store card details.
• To communicate with you about your order or enquiry.

We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

• Payment processors: to process payment for your order. Our payment provider operates under its own privacy policy and is subject to its own data protection obligations.
